Letters, 1862-1863.

Consists of three letters from soldiers of 6th New Jersey. William H. Randolph describes camp life in one and, in another, discusses Union balloon observation of CSA forces and criticizes regiments chaplain in another. Andre Jacobs writes third from Portsmouth Grove Hospital in RI asking for a discharge and describing his service in Virginia.
